Nostos connects to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools with read-only permissions. It stores your account identifier, connected properties, search totals, analysis snapshots, saved actions, and extracted observations from public website pages.

Where information goes

Clerk provides identity and OAuth authorization. Supabase stores Nostos records. Vercel hosts the application and background processing. When you grant access to ChatGPT or Claude, that client receives only the sites you authorize and the results you request. Its own data policies also apply.

Retention and controls

Search totals, report snapshots, and crawl/indexing observations are retained for up to 16 months. Detailed cached reports expire after 24 hours. Full crawled page bodies are not retained. Saved actions remain until you delete the site.

Disconnecting removes locally stored provider credentials and stops future collection. Existing history remains until you delete the site. Revoke a chat-client grant to stop its Nostos access immediately. Deleting a site removes its retained records and cancels associated work.

This is a development/beta implementation; publisher identity, support contact, backup retention, and processor terms must be finalized before beta invitations.
